Between Friends and Sabbath

On a sunday 23 September 2012, I promised for help my friend to take some chicken by his farm. He is the farmer, he want some his breed go away because to much and to expensive for feeding them. But he e-mail me if I only could come to his farm at 12.00-13.00, because he very busy and must go some place. Unfortunately, at the same time I must go to the church. Then I got a better Idea, to can do all both with the same day. First I went to the church, then at 12:00 I went to the farm which location near the church. Of course I missed the sermon, I already thought I would missed that, but I am no worry because I will asking the word of faith to my wife and I could read it at home. I already explain my reason to the preacher. He just smile and in my mind he’ll understood the situation. Week later, I went to the church. I enjoy the worship and anointed. But the sermon very unexpected. All story quip me.  I just realised it. And feel no good because he did over and over again every sermon.

The Sermon

This is my note I wrote when at the church. The preacher said, “Every human being has oxygen, prayer is oxygen for God. The importance of prayer,  the name of God honoring and praying. Sometimes our temple (our heart and soul) must be clean, because we give very little time for God. With God nothing is impossible, see at Matthew 21:12-17 :

12 And Jesus went into the temple of God, and cast out all them that sold and bought in the temple, and overthrew the tables of the moneychangers, and the seats of them that sold doves,

13 And said unto them, It is written, My house shall be called the house of prayer; but ye have made it a den of thieves.

14 And the blind and the lame came to him in the temple; and he healed them.

15 And when the chief priests and scribes saw the wonderful things that he did, and the children crying in the temple, and saying, Hosanna to the Son of David; they were sore displeased,

16 And said unto him, Hearest thou what these say? And Jesus saith unto them, Yea; have ye never read, Out of the mouth of babes and sucklings thou hast perfected praise?

17 And he left them, and went out of the city into Bethany; and he lodged there.

Honor the day of the Lord.  Take the Sabbath day in honor, dont desecrate that day. If we put God in the first place, we will always come first. Maybe we pray wrong, prayer is not asking for self-interest, but questions what the Lord wants. Ask and it shall be given into you (ask to God what he wants). Everything you do without that it is God’s will, is loss of time. Let God figure it for you, Isaiah 56: 6-8

6 Also the sons of the stranger, that join themselves to the LORD, to serve him, and to love the name of the LORD, to be his servants, every one that keepeth the sabbath from polluting it, and taketh hold of my covenant,

7 Even them will I bring to my holy mountain, and make them joyful in my house of prayer: their burnt offerings and their sacrifices shall be accepted upon mine altar; for mine house shall be called an house of prayer for all people.

8 The Lord GOD which gathereth the outcasts of Israel saith, Yet will I gather others to him, beside those that are gathered unto him.

Please God and he will help you. God’s will is our priority. We are redeemed by the blood of Jesus. Prayer is your wisdom, prayer has God’s will search, how search you God’s will, by time. The Holy Spirit will give you thoughts. God has said, who are looking for you will find me God’s will recognize, Receive the will of God, Isaiah 56:1-4

1Thus saith the LORD, Keep ye judgment, and do justice: for my salvation is near to come, and my righteousness to be revealed.

2Blessed is the man that doeth this, and the son of man that layeth hold on it; that keepeth the sabbath from polluting it, and keepeth his hand from doing any evil.

3Neither let the son of the stranger, that hath joined himself to the LORD, speak, saying, The LORD hath utterly separated me from his people: neither let the eunuch say, Behold, I am a dry tree.

4For thus saith the LORD unto the eunuchs that keep my sabbaths, and choose the things that please me, and take hold of my covenant;

God’s will. A son of 10 year anniversary. Father wants a bike for his son. father influenced his son for a bicycle, conclusion son wants a bicycle. that is the way that God will deliver for us 2 Timothy 2:3-4

3 Thou therefore endure hardness, as a good soldier of Jesus Christ.

4 No man that warreth entangleth himself with the affairs of this life; that he may please him who hath chosen him to be a soldier.

Faith Is certainty in what still is not seen, pray makes it visible. Religious prayer is no faith. Philippians 2:13-17

13 For it is God which worketh in you both to will and to do of his good pleasure.

14Do all things without murmurings and disputings:

15That ye may be blameless and harmless, the sons of God, without rebuke, in the midst of a crooked and perverse nation, among whom ye shine as lights in the world;

16 Holding forth the word of life; that I may rejoice in the day of Christ, that I have not run in vain, neither laboured in vain.

17 Yea, and if I be offered upon the sacrifice and service of your faith, I joy, and rejoice with you all.

We must pray in secret, Matthew 6:6

6 But thou, when thou prayest, enter into thy closet, and when thou hast shut thy door, pray to thy Father which is in secret; and thy Father which seeth in secret shall reward thee openly.

God is my good Shepherd, me is missing nothing. God is doing his will, only if you pray, pray for family, friends, neighbors, etc, Roman 12:2

2 And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.

Pray in God’s name, Ephesians 1:5-6 :

5 Having predestinated us unto the adoption of children by Jesus Christ to himself, according to the good pleasure of his will,

6 To the praise of the glory of his grace, wherein he hath made us accepted in the beloved.
